Job Title: Engineering Technician

Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Reports To: Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Attend and resolve guest complaints related to maintenance issues (AC, water supply, lighting, etc.) promptly.
- Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities, equipment, and public areas.
- Ensure proper functioning of generators, boilers, chillers, and other utility systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Assist in installation of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain maintenance logs, records, and checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
