About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new customer leads.
- Understand clients’ financial and insurance requirements.
- Explain insurance plans, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly.
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Assist customers with policy documentation and renewals.
- Stay updated on insurance products,



policies, and industry developments.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is an advantage.
- Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
