Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training programs that help students develop strong communication, interpersonal, professional, and personality-development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and engaging soft-skills training sessions.
- Train students in:

- Spoken English
- Public Speaking
- Presentation Skills
- Interview Skills
- Group Discussion
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Time Management
- Problem-Solving
- Workplace Etiquette
- Personality Development
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, group activities, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Track learner progress and maintain training records.
- Motivate students and create a positive learning setting.
- Coordinate with academic and management teams when required.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in soft-skills training, corporate training, academic training, or personality development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
