Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
- Network Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor network performance, bandwidth usage, and latency; troubleshoot outages, hardware failures, or network bottlenecks.
- Security & Access Control: Manage firewall policies, set up VPNs, enforce network security protocols, and manage user access permissions.
- Maintenance & Updates: Implement regular firmware/software updates, apply security patches, and execute system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address allocations, change logs, and inventory lists.
- Support & Collaboration: Act as Tier 2/3 escalation support for complex network issues and collaborate with system administrators and cybersecurity teams.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience
- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Certifications (Preferred): Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, or Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure during network outages, and clear technical communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
