Role Summary:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions with hands-on experience, while guiding the technical direction and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities:
Architect, build, and optimize ML and GenAI models using Python
Lead end‑to‑end AI/ML solution development and deployment
Design data pipelines, work with databases, and handle image processing tasks
Implement and manage AI/ML solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services)
Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior engineers
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions

Requirements:
Solid expertise in Python, ML, and Generative AI
Hands‑on experience with image processing and data engineering
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Deep experience with Azure AI/ML services and cloud deployment
Experience leading technical teams or projects
