About the Role We are looking for a CRM & Demo Executive to manage customer information, follow ups, CRM activities, and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer communication, organized with CRM data, and comfortable conducting demos for jewellery retailers.
Key Responsibilities Manage and update customer and lead information in the CRM. Track leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities. Conduct product and software demos for prospective customers. Explain product features, advantages, and usage clearly to customers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead updates. Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer status regularly. Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams whenever required. Prepare and maintain daily CRM and demo activity records.
Ensure assigned leads and demo follow-ups are completed within timelines.
Required Skills Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Confident presentation and demo skills. Good follow-up and coordination skills. High attention to detail and accurate data management. Basic understanding of jewellery products or the jewellery industry is preferred. Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and demos efficiently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
