Field Sales & Distribution Executive – FMCG / Food Products

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Field Sales & Distribution Executive to support the sales and distribution of our food products across retail shops, supermarkets, and other suitable outlets in Bengaluru.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting shops and supermarkets regularly, introducing and placing our products, maintaining good relationships with retailers, and ensuring proper product availability and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and other assigned outlets on a regular basis.
- Introduce and place the company's food products at suitable outlets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with shop owners, supermarket staff, and retailers.
- Take orders and follow up for repeat requirements.
- Check product availability and stock at each outlet.
- Regularly monitor product expiry dates.
- If any company product is found to be expired or approaching expiry, coordinate with the retailer, collect the product, and return it to the company as instructed.
- Maintain proper records of products placed, sold, returned, and collected.
- Identify new shops and supermarkets where the product can be introduced.




- Support the company in expanding its retail distribution network.
- Report daily field activities and sales updates to the management.
- Travel within assigned areas of Bengaluru as required.

Mandatory Language Skills

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in:

- Kannada
- Malayalam
- Hindi

Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and candidates with relevant FMCG/Food Sales experience may apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with regular field visits.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Should be responsible for handling company products and maintaining proper stock records.
- Should be willing to travel to different shops and supermarkets.
- Candidates residing in or near Bengaluru will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation will be available for the selected candidate.

Key

This is a field-based sales and distribution position. The candidate should be comfortable visiting multiple shops and supermarkets every day and handling product placement, stock monitoring, and expired-product returns.
