JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Business to manage Distribution Business Management, drive business performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support strategic business initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Distribution Business Management and coordinate with Sales & Distribution teams
- Conduct weekly & monthly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Analyse business performance and drive corrective action plans
- Prepare and monitor MIS, dashboards, business reports & management presentations
- Track sourcing, login, disbursement, productivity & target achievement
- Coordinate with Business, Distribution, Credit, Collections, Product & other teams
- Identify process gaps and drive business improvement initiatives
- Prepare MOMs, action trackers & follow-up reports
- Support business planning, performance tracking & strategic initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights to improve business performance and decision-making

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field




MBA / PGDM preferred
3–6 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Sales & Distribution, Business Analytics, Product Management or related roles
Strong understanding of Sales, Distribution, Credit & Collections processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, PowerPoint & Data Analysis
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, coordination & stakeholder management skills
Experience conducting business reviews and preparing management reports
Strong ownership, business acumen & result-oriented approach
NBFC / Banking / Fintech experience preferred
