Position Overview
Own end-to-end AP/PTP operations and transformation agenda for assigned region/tower, ensuring service excellence, controls, stakeholder trust, people development, and scalable process design.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AP/PTP service delivery across invoice validation, vendor/GRIR reconciliation, balance confirmations, user/buyer/vendor resolution, employee reimbursements and month-end close support.
- Set operating priorities, service standards, governance routines, and escalation mechanisms across AP teams and process towers.
- Drive best-in-class customer, user,
and supplier experience through transparent communication, root-cause problem solving, and process simplification.
- Own transformation and process improvement projects, including automation, analytics, ERP+ readiness, change management, documentation and stabilization plans.
- Partner with regional/global stakeholders across Procurement, Tax, Treasury, GL, AR, IT, Internal Audit, SOX, Finance leadership, and business teams.
- Ensure internal controls, audit support, SOX requirements, policy compliance, and risk mitigation are embedded into day-to-day operations.
- Build robust AP talent pipeline through goal setting, coaching, succession planning, cross-training, capability building, and performance routines.
- Create meaningful analytics and executive-ready presentations on AP performance, risks, opportunities, and decisions required.
- Manage competing priorities across daily operations, month-end, audits, projects, and business escalations with a balanced strategic and detail-oriented approach.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Skills & Competencies
- 13-15 years AP / PTP operations and transformation experience. Deep AP/PTP operational and technical process knowledge
- SAP and Ariba functional understanding; technical awareness an advantage
- Transformation, project management, and change management
