We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.

Develop and implement A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign attribution.

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.





Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.

Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives.

Stay updated with advertising platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Good understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, and remarketing.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
