About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging designs for digital campaigns, social media, branding, promotions, and internal communications.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, HR, and Business teams to develop creative content that strengthens our brand presence and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, advertisements, campaign materials, and marketing collateral.
- Develop creative designs for internet broadband, fiber, IPTV, and digital service promotions.
- Design recruitment posters, employee engagement creatives, announcements, and internal communication materials.
- Create visual concepts based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to develop creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
- Design brochures, flyers, standees, presentations, posters, and other offline marketing materials.
- Edit images, photographs, icons, and visual assets as required.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends,



social media formats, typography, and visual communication techniques.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects will be an advantage.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create modern, engaging, and conversion-focused social media creatives.
- Good image editing and retouching skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts.
- Solid attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Diploma qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital marketing, advertising, media, telecom, or consumer-facing industries.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of digital and social media designs are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
