Position: Video Editor & Digital Content Creator

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Kochi

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Edit professional videos using DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.

- Handle cutting, transitions, color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, subtitles, titles, and final exports.

- Create engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

- Understand current social media trends, content formats, viral concepts, reels/shorts trends, and audience preferences.

- Develop video concepts based on current digital and marketing trends.

- Support basic digital marketing and content strategy, including content planning, audience targeting, engagement, and platform optimization.

- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, audio, and media assets.

- Maintain consistent visual quality, branding, pacing, and storytelling.

- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats.

- Participate in shoots and suggest suitable framing, camera angles, shot composition, and visual storytelling approaches.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in DaVinci Resolve is preferred.

- Good understanding of Edit, Color, Fairlight, and Fusion workflows.





- Strong knowledge of color correction and skilled color grading.

- Good understanding of video editing, pacing, transitions, and storytelling.

- Understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.

- Ability to identify emerging trends and convert them into relevant content ideas.

- Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, framing, composition, and cinematography.

- Strong creative and visual sense.

- Good command of English.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to participate in shoots outside regular working hours when required.

Portfolio Requirement

Portfolio submission is mandatory.

Candidates must submit:

1. Updated Resume/CV

2. Portfolio or previous video projects

3. Examples demonstrating video editing and color grading

4. Examples of social media, promotional, or trend-based content, if available

The ideal candidate should combine strong video-editing skills with creative thinking, digital marketing awareness, and an understanding of current social media trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
