- Bill Preparation: Generate interim, RA, and final bills for clients based on actual progress and contract terms.
- Site Measurement: Take and verify joint measurements with site engineers using measurement books (MB).
- BOQ & Rate Analysis: Study design drawings, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and evaluate extra or non-tendered items.
- Material Reconciliation: Track material consumption (like steel and cement) against theoretical estimates to prevent loss or theft.
- Subcontractor Verification: Cross-check and certify subcontractor or vendor invoices before final processing.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Liaise with the accounts department, project managers, and clients to ensure timely payment clearances.
- Documentation: Maintain audit-ready billing registers, measurement sheets, and variation claims
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
