Our client, a US-based international freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive Ocean FCL Import & Export business, with a strong focus on the USA trade lane. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire current customers and grow existing accounts.
- Develop business across USA import/export trade lanes.
- Drive revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Build strong relationships with importers, exporters, and BCOs.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver logistics solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Freight Forwarding/NVOCC/Logistics Sales experience.
- Experience handling USA trade lane business.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean FCL Import & Export.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Growth opportunities with a global logistics organization
