Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Generate and optimize leads for residential/commercial real estate projects
- Manage SEO, SEM, and website performance optimization
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendar, and engagement
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing collaterals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare MIS reports
- Work closely with sales teams to track lead quality and conversions
- Manage marketing automation tools and CRM integration
- Track competitor activities and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–6 years of digital marketing experience (real estate/construction preferred)
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and lead generation




- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience in landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field
- Experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of real estate sales funnel and CRM systems
