Purpose of the Position

To ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective funtioniong across Crafts & Cleaners, by coordinating production, purchase, inventory, quality, staff, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise production, packaging, and dispatch as per customer requirements and targets.
- Ensure quality, productivity, timely delivery, and minimum wastage.
- Monitor purchase, suppliers, inventory, and stock availability within budget.
- Negotiate with vendors for best price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and operational requirements.
- Supervise and train staff to achieve production and quality targets.
- Coordinate with Admin, Finance, customers, and vendors.
- Monitor sales, customer requirements, complaints,



and product availability.
- Attend and monitor events / stall / exhibition and meetings as required.
- Maintain purchase, production, inventory, expense, sales, and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, company policies, and required procedures.
- Identify operational issues and implement cost-saving and process improvements.
- Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports and support audits and compliance.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
