You will be responsible for traveling to assigned territories, generating current business leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing sales to meet company targets.Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and pitch potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Client Meetings: Travel daily within assigned areas to conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and new B2B/B2C clients.
- Sales Closing: Handle negotiations, handle client objections, and close sales deals successfully.
- Market Research:



Monitor competitor activities and gather market feedback to share with the management team.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports, expense sheets, and client visit logs.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Graduate or High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills in English (and the local regional language).
- Travel: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and hold a valid driving license for daily travel.
- Personality: High energy, self-motivated, and highly resilient against sales rejections.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of using smartphones, sales apps, or CRM software.
