We are seeking a proactive and experienced Manager on Duty (MOD) with strong expertise in financial counselling to join our team at a reputed hospital in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing hospital operations during assigned shifts while guiding patients and their families on treatment plans, billing, and medical packages.

- Oversee daily hospital operations during designated shifts, ensuring smooth functioning across departments. Provide financial counselling to patients and attendants — explaining treatment costs, medical packages, insurance coverage, room tariffs, and pharmacy-related expenses.
- Serve as the key escalation point for operational, financial, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with departments including billing, admissions, pharmacy, nursing, and TPA/insurance for seamless patient flow.
- Address patient grievances promptly and ensure excellent patient experience.




- Maintain proper documentation and shift handover reports.
- Supervise front-office, billing, and support staff during the shift.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in hospital operations and patient financial counselling.
- Solid understanding of hospital workflows, insurance/TPA processing, and billing systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Leadership ability to manage staff and resolve on-ground issues effectively.

Pay: ₹14,283.34 - ₹37,563.37 per month
