Vividh Wires Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead end-to-end human resources operations. The role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing HR functions in a manufacturing-unit environment and partnering closely with plant leadership, employees, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, and separations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives aligned with business and plant requirements.
- Oversee manpower planning, hiring for shop-floor and staff roles, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and statutory documentation.
- Build positive employee relations and address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns fairly and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
- Coordinate training, skill development, safety-awareness, and employee-welfare programs for manufacturing personnel.
- Support performance review processes, succession planning, and workforce productivity initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, MIS reports, employee files, and compliance documentation.
- Partner with senior management to strengthen organizational culture, employee retention, and operational effectiveness.





Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Welfare, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
- Demonstrated experience handling HR operations for a manufacturing unit or plant setting.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
