- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and timely service.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and dining areas.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
