Role Overview

This HR role will support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, learner management, and training coordination at H Academy. This role offers hands-on learning in practical HR functions, ideal for students or freshers looking to build a solid HR foundation.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Documentation

- Support employee onboarding/offboarding activities
- Maintain employee and student records accurately
- Assist in preparing HR letters, attendance records, and reports
- Manage HR documentation and digital filing

2. Training & Student Coordination

- Assist trainers in scheduling sessions, assessments, and workshops
- Coordinate with students for attendance, queries, and support
- Collect feedback and prepare summary reports for training sessions

3. Social Media & Branding Support (Optional)

- Assist with content ideas for HR and soft skill learning posts




- Coordinate with the marketing team for academy updates
- Draft simple posts related to HR learning outcomes

4. Research & Content Support

- Conduct HR trend research (HR analytics, soft skills, interview trends)
- Support in creating learning materials, presentations, and handouts

5. General Administrative Tasks

- Assist in event coordination
- Provide support in day-to-day office tasks
- Ensure a positive and learner-friendly environment

Required Skills

- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic understanding of HR concepts
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Educational Qualification

- Any degree, freshers or 2nd innings with passion for HR are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,267.41 - ₹30,708.07 per month
