Job Description

We are looking for a confident and skilled Trainer who can train employees and team members on insurance policies, company projects, products, processes, and other business-related topics. The trainer will be responsible for making training sessions simple, practical, and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for employees, new joiners and prospect clients.
- Provide training on insurance policies, products, plans, and processes.
- Train employees on different Maplife Group projects, services, and business activities as required.
- Explain products, policies, processes, and work procedures clearly.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Prepare basic training material, presentations, and learning resources.
- Conduct practical sessions, role plays, discussions, and assessments where required.
- Identify areas where employees need additional training or improvement.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand training requirements.
- Track training attendance, participation, and basic performance.
- Provide feedback to employees and management after training sessions.




- Keep training content updated according to changes in company processes, products, or policies.

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies.
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner.
- Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Confident in conducting group and individual training.
- Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation tools.
- Valuable time management and organisational skills.
- Positive, professional, and approachable personality.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience in insurance, sales, training, or business development will be preferred.
- Prior experience as a Trainer, Insurance Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role will be an advantage.

Note: Travelling across India (Pan India) will be an integral part of the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
