Position :Asst/Dy. Manager- Sales and Business Development

Experience : 8-10 Years

Must have handled : Tata/Mahindra Customers, Mahindra portal knowledge is

must.

Business Development:-

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs, Tier-1, and industrial customers.
- Generate RFQs/RFIs and manage the complete recent business acquisition cycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer mapping.

Customer Relationship Management:-

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customer accounts.
- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve commercial issues.

Quotation & Commercial Activities:-

- Business Case Preparation and Approvals from Management.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions with customers.
- Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and price negotiations.
- Manage annual price revisions, VA/VE initiatives, and contract renewals.

Profitability & Business Analysis:-

- Analyze Gross Margin, EBITDA, and customer-wise profitability.
- Track contribution margins and Profitability impact.




- Recommend actions to improve revenue and profitability.

Reporting & MIS:-

- Prepare monthly sales reports and management presentations.
- Monitor KPIs like Sales Revenue, RFQ Conversion Rate, Customer Profitability, Collection Performance

Preferred candidate profile

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
