- Handle daily production and ensure quality and timely output
- Maintain product quality, recipes, and presentation standards
- Supervise, train, and guide team members and trainees
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
- Manage inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient workflow
