Looking for candidate with minimum one yr experience in House keeping management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervising and Managing Staff : This includes assigning tasks, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Maintaining Cleanliness Standards : Ensuring all areas, including rooms, public spaces, and common areas, are cleaned and maintained to established standards.
- Inventory Management : Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordination with Other Departments : Collaborating with departments like front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Guest Relations : Addressing guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services.
- Ensuring Safety and Hygiene : Implementing and enforcing safety and hygiene protocols.
- Training and Development : Providing training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Inspecting Work : Regularly inspecting completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
