About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, composition, and branding, along with the ability to understand briefs and deliver designs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on business and marketing requirements.
- Design banners, posters, advertisements, company communications, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colours, fonts, and overall visual style.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, and other teams to understand design requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets as required.
- Create designs in multiple formats and sizes suitable for different digital and print platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends,



tools, and creative practices.
- Make revisions based on feedback and ensure final designs meet the required quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to convert ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Education

Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
