Rug Branch is a Canadian area rug brand selling on Amazon, Wayfair, Target, Home Depot, and our own Shopify store. We are scaling our supplier partner program and need someone to lead it end to end.

Read this before you apply

This is not a data entry or listing upload job. You will own a program. You will be on calls closing supplier partnerships, then turning those catalogs into listings that actually rank and sell. If you have only ever uploaded products someone else sourced, this is not for you.

What you will own

You lead the program. You'll work alongside our pricing team, an e-commerce specialist, and a senior partner who oversees the project. A dedicated ads specialist will drive traffic to the listings you build.

- Source, pitch, and close current supplier partnerships over calls and email
- Onboard supplier catalogs into our system and get them live across marketplaces
- Own listing quality end to end: titles, keywords, bullets, backend terms, A+ content, images, and variations
- Get products ranking. Understand marketplace search algorithms and what actually moves a listing up
- Coordinate with the pricing team on margin and competitiveness
- Work with the ads specialist so paid traffic lands on listings that convert
- Monitor performance and fix what isn't selling

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience managing marketplace listings, especially Wayfair and Amazon. Target, Home Depot, Walmart, and Overstock experience is a strong plus
- Real understanding of product ranking. You should be able to explain why one listing outranks another and what you would change
- Excellent spoken and written English.



You will be on live calls with North American suppliers and need to be able to close
- Quick and confident on a computer. Comfortable in spreadsheets, listing tools, and new systems. You should pick up software quickly without hand-holding
- Highly organized. You will manage many suppliers and thousands of SKUs at once
- Bonus: experience using AI tools in an e-commerce workflow, particularly AI image generation for product and lifestyle imagery

- You are uncomfortable on sales calls
- You have never personally improved a listing's ranking and can't describe how
- You need step by step instructions to work through a new tool
- Your English is not fluent enough for live client calls

Details

- Remote, India based
- Full time, Toronto EST hours
- ₹76,000 to ₹85,500 per month, based on demonstrated experience
- Performance bonus per supplier successfully onboarded and shipping
- Shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid test task before we make an offer

Pay: ₹76,000.00 - ₹114,000.00 per month
