About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role is ideal for candidates who have robust communication skills and are eager to build a career in sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Generate leads and follow up on existing prospects
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Update daily reports and track progress of leads

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers looking to start a career in Sales / Business Development
- Candidates with prior experience in Telecalling / Sales / BPO / EdTech (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident, proactive,



and goal-oriented individuals
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication (English + Hindi preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales process (training will be provided)
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
