- Ensure the continuous availability of all required raw materials to support uninterrupted kitchen and outlet operations.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for the timely procurement of raw materials.
- Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions before inventory reaches minimum levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to the production team and outlets as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain daily stock registers, inventory records, and material movement reports.
- Coordinate with Production and Purchase department to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
