Summary:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across a variety of technology platforms. This role requires facilitating the design of solutions that seamlessly integrate with enterprise technology ecosystems, ensuring compatibility with multiple artificial intelligence models and providers. The position demands active engagement with diverse teams to align deployment strategies and optimize the overall architecture for effective operation within complex environments. The Forward Deployed Engineer plays a pivotal role in bridging technology platforms and artificial intelligence capabilities to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of deployment strategies with organizational goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow integration and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Requirement Management, Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence deployment methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures across heterogeneous platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges within multi-provider environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology stacks and their interaction with AI models.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
