Key Responsibilities

- Major Overhauls: Strip down gear-driven or direct-drive centrifugal compressors, remove impellers, rotors, and casings, and replace worn internal parts.
- Precision Inspections: Measure critical clearances, journal/thrust bearing fits, and mechanical seal faces using precision measuring tools.
- Alignment and Assembly: Perform laser alignments and reassemble equipment to exact original equipment manufacturer (OEM) tolerances.
- Testing and Diagnostics: Support post-overhaul commissioning, startup, vibration checks, and performance testing.
- Documentation: Record clearance logs, inspection findings, and service reports accurately.
- Education: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, or a High School diploma with specialized mechanical trade certifications.
- Experience:



3 to 10+ years of hands-on experience working on industrial rotating equipment and centrifugal compressor platforms (such as Siemens, Dresser-Rand, York, or Trane).
- Technical Skills: Ability to read complex technical drawings, P&IDs;, assembly blueprints, and service manuals.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Ability to work in heavy industrial plant environments, lift heavy weights per safety guidelines, and follow strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work protocols

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
