Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise the construction activities of a 14-story residential building project. The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction.

The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Monitor RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering/formwork, concreting, curing, and finishing works.
- Supervise excavation, foundation, waterproofing, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Plan and organize manpower, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly construction schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities as per the approved project timeline.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Identify construction issues and provide practical technical solutions.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Check material quality and ensure approved materials are used at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers effectively.




- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate activities between different teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and report delays, risks, and required corrective actions to management.
- Ensure efficient coordination between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Manage and control material wastage and improve site productivity.
- Ensure proper execution of finishing works and maintain high-quality standards until project handover.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Excellent knowledge of residential high-rise construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and building construction methods.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Excellent knowledge of reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and subcontractors.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid planning, scheduling, and project coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in residential high-rise building construction
- Experience in managing a minimum 5-10 story residential/commercial project will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
