We are looking for an experienced Manager FP & A to lead our finance function reporting under CFO:

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements (under Co’s Act) & MIS
- Cash Flow, Working Capital, Treasury& Inventory Management
- Cost Control and Profitability Analysis
- Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance
- Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit & Financial Reporting
- Liaison with Banks, Financial Institutions, Auditors & Regulatory Authorities
- Risk Management and Internal Financial Controls (IFC)
- Fund Raising, Banking & Project Finance
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, etc
- Supporting the Management in strategic financial decision-making





Requirements :

- Inter CA & Bachelor of Commerce is Mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Taxation, Costing and Banking
- Experience in ERP systems (Tally / MS-Office, Cloud & AI, etc) is necessary
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
