We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive to help our Digital Marketing agency get new clients and projects through Upwork.

Your main work will be to find suitable projects, send good proposals, talk to clients, and help convert leads into paid projects.

Freshers and candidates without Upwork bidding experience should NOT apply. We are looking for experienced candidates only.

Your Main Work

- Find suitable Digital Marketing projects on Upwork.
- Send personalized proposals to clients.
- Manage daily Upwork bidding.
- Talk to clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Help convert leads into projects.
- Work with our team when needed.
- Find projects related to:
- SEO
- Local SEO
- Google Ads / PPC
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Website Marketing
- Keep a record of bids, replies, interviews, and projects won.
- Improve bidding and proposal strategies based on results.

Requirements

- Must have previous Upwork bidding experience.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing services.
- Good written English.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive proposal writing skills.
- Should know how to understand client requirements.
- Previous experience in getting Digital Marketing projects on Upwork will be preferred.
- Must be responsible and able to work independently.




- Digital Marketing agency experience is a plus.
