Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and technical Videographer & Video Reel Editor to lead Romford Holidays' visual narrative. This role is responsible for capturing breathtaking travel experiences and editing high-retention short-form content that drives bookings. The ideal candidate will translate complex itineraries—from luxury self-drive European circuits to corporate networking cruises—into engaging, algorithm-friendly video assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Production & Cinematography: Film on-location travel content, corporate B2B events, and in-office promotional materials using modern mirrorless systems and stabilization gear.
- High-Impact Editing: Edit fast-paced, trend-driven vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) utilizing dynamic transitions, sound design, and color grading that integrates our brand palette (#022044 and #b63e3a).
- Narrative Construction: Craft compelling visual stories for diverse products, including the "Mastermind at Sea" cruise, fixed departures in Kerala, and international leisure packages.
- Asset Management: Organize raw footage,



manage drone surveys, and maintain an accessible video library for the broader marketing and sales teams.
- Platform Optimization: Export and format deliverables precisely for targeted platforms, balancing 9:16 vertical requirements with 16:9 cinematic formats for website landing pages.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in travel videography, short-form reel editing, and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with drone videography and spatial awareness for capturing expansive natural and urban landscapes.
- Deep understanding of current social media algorithms, audio trends, and hook-based retention strategies.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly with our CRM workflows, optimizing direct-response video assets for WhatsApp API distribution.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
