Cracktal Media Solutions is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with lead generation, market research, client outreach, follow-ups and sales activities while gaining practical exposure to the digital marketing industry.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in sales and marketing. The role involves interacting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements and supporting the team in generating new business opportunities. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assist the sales and marketing team in generating and identifying potential leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and introduce them to the company's digital marketing services.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and client databases.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in moving leads through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/marketing team for client discussions.
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals and presentations.




- Support digital marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Track lead status, follow-ups and basic sales performance.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Comfortable with making calls and communicating with prospective clients.
- Good convincing, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify and follow up on potential leads.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
