*Responsible for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities of SCM.
*Responsible for coordinating with all units and ensure availability of stocks at all times.
*Inventory management. Basis monthly consumption, preparing projection andensuring optimal inventory. Must predict sudden spikes or drops due to festivals,general holidays, etc., and plan the inventory accordingly.
*Regular bench-marking of all articles with different suppliers. Arriving at best price point without compromising on quality.
*Responsible for all equipment in their respective city. Regular repair and maintenance should be under-taken post necessary approvals. All equipment should be accounted for and ensure all are in working condition.
*Managing petty cash and daily expenses. Updating the google sheet by EOD. Ensuring no old bills are entered. Keeping tight control on expenses.
*Coordinating with all suppliers and work towards building good supplier relationship. Constantly working towards finding recent suppliers and on-boarding them after following all processes, like contract prices, credit period and obtain all necessary approvals.
*Local HR co-ordination (uniform inventory, distribution and sharing the details with HR for deduction)
*Monthly contract price finalisation with local vendors (3 quote benchmarking)
*MIS (Daily - Out of stock, PO released, PO received, GRN and invoice upload status,Daily variance of top items), Weekly - overall inventory and variance report, Monthly Inventory variance, vehicle costing (expenses / KM) comparison vs previous month.
