- Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service and repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate Job Cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.
- Explain required services, repairs, parts and estimated costs to customers.
- Conduct vehicle inspection and identify additional service requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of repair and maintenance work.
- Monitor the progress of vehicles and provide regular updates to customers.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.
- Ensure proper quality checking before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work, replaced parts and service charges to customers.
- Coordinate billing and ensure timely vehicle delivery.




- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback.
- Maintain service records, customer details and pending jobs.
- Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, tyres, batteries and other service-related products.
- Achieve assigned service revenue, labour sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Ensure proper adherence to company service processes and safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
