Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Print and Packaging

Job Description

YantraVision manufactures and sells Quality Control solutions for Industrial applications. YantraVision is focussed on the following industry verticals –

o Print & Packaging – Labels, Offset, Versatile packaging

o Plastic

o Paint & Coating

The responsibility of FSE – Print Inspection Vertical will be to visit customers in the Printing industry and present our complete solution offering to customers. Some of the products that we sell are Print Inspection, Colour management and Colour workflow solutions. The FSE is responsible for continuously engaging with customers and selling the solution to the customers. The FSE should understand the needs of the customer and be able to present all features of the solution to meet those needs.

Specific Work Areas

- Customer visits
- Technical understanding of product/solutions




- Engage with customers continuously
- Customized commercial package
- Customer conversion
- Coordinate for after sales service

Performance Evaluation

The FSE will be evaluated based on -

- Achieving Sales targets
- Customer engagement metrices

Remuneration Range

Selected candidates will be offered an annual CTC of Rs. 4, 00, 000 /- to Rs. 8, 00, 000 /-. This will include a fixed and variable component. The variable component will be linked to performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
