Clinical Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care according to established clinical protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly respond to emergencies.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Leadership and Supervision

- Supervise and mentor Nursing Officers, Staff Nurses, and support staff.
- Allocate duties and coordinate daily nursing activities.
- Ensure adequate staffing and effective shift management.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to nursing personnel.
- Foster teamwork and maintain a positive working environment.

Quality and Patient Safety

- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control policies.
- Monitor adherence to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
- Identify and report patient safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Promote evidence-based nursing practice.

Administrative Responsibilities

- Assist in developing nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Maintain inventory of medical equipment and nursing supplies.




- Prepare reports and maintain departmental records.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for effective patient management.
- Participate in budgeting and resource planning when required.

Education and Staff Development

- Identify training needs and facilitate continuing professional development.
- Conduct orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
- Support clinical teaching for nursing students and newly recruited nurses.
- Encourage skilled growth and lifelong learning.

Communication

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ward meetings and multidisciplinary case discussions.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing)
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership nursing role.
- Experience in hospital quality management and accreditation is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
