Travel Sales Executive Canadian Process

Ditinus Technology is hiring experienced Travel Sales Executives for our renowned Canadian Travel Process.

We are looking specifically for candidates who have prior experience in Travel Sales and hands-on working knowledge of a GDS system.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales
- Hands-on experience with any GDS Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo
- Amadeus experience will be an advantage
- Experience handling customer queries and converting travel enquiries into sales
- Valuable knowledge of flight reservations, fares, ticketing and itinerary management
- Strong spoken English communication skills
- Punjabi-speaking candidates will be an advantage due to the Canadian customer base
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling skills
- Candidates must be comfortable working in a Canadian process / night shift
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer enquiries for flight bookings




- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable flight options
- Search and compare fares using GDS
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Handle reservations, itinerary changes and related customer queries
- Upsell relevant travel options wherever applicable
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process
- Consistently work towards assigned sales and conversion targets

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
