The Role
We’re looking for a talented UGC Video Editor to join our remote creative team. Your main responsibility will be editing engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels & TikTok.
You’ll receive raw footage from our team and transform it into attention grabbing, high-retention content using modern social media editing styles.
Responsibilities
Edit short-form UGC videos
Create engaging Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
Add captions, subtitles, emojis, graphics, transitions, and sound effects
Follow current TikTok and Instagram editing trends
Use hooks that improve watch time and engagement
Colour correct and enhance footage when needed
Deliver videos on time while maintaining quality
Organise project files and revisions efficiently
Requirements
Experience editing UGC,
TikTok or Instagram Reels
Robust knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Excellent understanding of pacing and storytelling
Ability to create clean subtitles and captions
Good eye for social media trends
Reliable internet connection
Strong English communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
Motion graphics
Basic animation
Experience with AI editing tools
Thumbnail creation
Sound design
Experience editing for hospitality, restaurants or lifestyle brands
