We are hiring Customer Retention Officers (CRO) at Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd (100% subsidiary of IndusInd Bank) across Chikkamagaluru, Kadur, Tarikere, Balehonnur, N R Pura, and Arsikere branches. In this full time field role, you will be responsible for visiting customers, tracking accounts, and ensuring smooth loan repayments across your assigned territory. Candidates must be at least 10th pass, aged 18–32, and own a two-wheeler with a valid driving or learner's license; both freshers and experienced candidates from MFI/Banking are welcome.
