Job Description: Kitchen Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Kitchen Coordinator to support our kitchen operations. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in managing daily production, coordinating between kitchen stations, and ensuring smooth workflow and communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and managing daily kitchen production schedules.
- Coordinate between different kitchen sections to ensure timely preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and stock management.
- Maintain records of production, wastage, and kitchen reports using MS Office.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support training and onboarding of new kitchen staff.
- Act as a liaison between kitchen staff and management for operational updates.

Requirements

- Qualification: Any graduate; Hotel Management background preferred.
- Technical Skills:



Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food production is an advantage.

Compensation

- Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).
