Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator with prior experience in the Solar Industry to manage daily logistics, dispatch, transportation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of solar products/materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material availability, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
- Resolve delivery and logistics-related issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of solar products and materials.





Requirements

- Mandatory: Prior work experience in the Solar Industry.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of solar products/materials and their dispatch requirements.
- Experience coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch documentation.
- Candidates with experience in solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical products, or solar accessories will be preferred.
- Candidates from Noida/Greater Noida are preferred.
