Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full recruitment life cycle, and should be able to use best sourcing methodologies according to the positions -job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head Hunting, etc. Must have IT Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for handling IT requirements.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for multiple locations.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting.
- Job posting on Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed, LinkedIn and different job portals.
- Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates.
- Resume screening and shortlisting.
- Organizing telephonic/F2F/video interview.
- Negotiations with the candidates.
- Finalize candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Maintaining CV database and preparing daily tracker reports.
- Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the positions -job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head Hunting, etc.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.

Requirements

- Total 8+ years of experience.
- Must have 6+years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Must have team leading experience.
- Must have work experience of various ATSs.
- Must have experience of active and passive tools.
- Must have experience in Global recruitment apart from India recruitment.
- Must have experience of various job portals, Like – Naukri, Monster, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn,



Shine etc.
- Must have experience of various sourcing techniques.
- Must have a good understanding of IT requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume setting.
- Must have Software (IT) Company background.
- Candidate should be able to work on 4-5 requirements simultaneously.
- Candidate should have expertise in Boolean search.
- Technology experience: Java, Python, BA, SOC, Networking, Cloud, SQL, QA, .Net, SharePoint, ServiceNow, PM, RPA, Front End, Design, iOS, Android, PowerBuilder, PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Working Conditions

- Ability to work in an independent environment with moderate supervision
- Ability to work under a moderate noise level (i.e. working on an open floor with printers, telephones, and computers)
- Ability to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple work pressures
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
