We're looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for enterprise applications. You'll work across CRM customization, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and customer engagement solutions, with a solid focus on the Banking/BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Build workflows and customizations using Power Automate and Power Plugins.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CEM) modules.
- Design and support integrations using Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 4–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM Development/Technical Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Plugins.
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE/CEM and Azure Integration.
- 10+ years of Banking/BFSI domain experience – Mandatory.
Pay: ₹528,855.37 - ₹1,905,317.85 per year
