Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and references.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

Solid knowledge of Non-IT recruitment.

Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn or similar recruitment platforms.

Target-oriented and able to work independently.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment databases.
