We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – OEM who can drive business growth by developing strategic relationships with OEMs and converting new opportunities into sustainable, profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new OEM accounts and business opportunities.
- Build relationships with Purchase, Design, Engineering, and Management teams.
- Promote products such as Wire Ducts, Flexible Conduits, and future extrusion-based products.
- Drive product trials, technical approvals, RFQs,



negotiations, and order conversions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

- Graduation degree in Electrical or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B industrial/OEM sales.
- Strong experience in OEM business development and current customer acquisition.
- Experience in electrical, automation, industrial components, cable management, or allied products will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
