Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle day-to-day site execution of civil works
- Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and external works
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and testing
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety norms
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Check and certify measurements, running bills, and final bills
- Control material consumption, manpower deployment, and machinery usage
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site challenges
- Ensure compliance with statutory and local authority regulations
- Support project handover, snag list closure,



and documentation
- Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures and finishing works
- Expertise in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Support project planning, cost control, and risk mitigation activities
- Assist the Project Manager/ General Manager in achieving project milestones and targets

Qualifications & Skills

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience
- 6+ years of experience in construction/site engineer.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Conditions

- Full-time, site-based role
- May require extended hours based on project requirements
- Outdoor work environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
